Zamalek, Egypt, went to the semi-finals of the African Confederation Cup, after beating Moroccan guest Hassania Agadir for a free goal in the quarterfinals of Egypt.
Zamalek midfielder Ibrahim Hassan scored the first and only goal for Zamalek in the 49th minute of the game, to qualify for the semi-final.
The match saw the injury of Tunisian player Ferjani Sassi and his departure early in the game, and canceled another goal for Ibrahim Hassan in the 86th minute.
The last minutes of the game saw a very serious chance for Ahsanieh Agadir, where Zamalek players took the ball off the line amid a large protest from the Moroccan team.
Zamalek have yet to know who will face the semi-finals, where the match between Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel and Al Hilal has been postponed. The winner will face Zamalek in the semi-finals.
