Egypt's Ismaily lost their match against the Algerian club Al-Qusantini in the fourth round of the African Champions League group stage.
Isma'ili have been stuck at one point in Group C, while Al-Jazari have climbed 10 points to the top of the group, ahead of Mazembe.
Ismaili advanced in the 13th minute, before the Algerian club equalized the score in the 45th minute, and Isma'ili made it 2-0.
Al-Qusantini did not give up and continued the attempts and added the second and third goals to win a new victory in the competition and nearing the qualification for the next round.
