In the 59th minute, Argentina scored a goal to reduce the gap from a counter-attack led by Messi, and gave the ball to Giovanni Lucilso on the left, which passed to Laotaro Martinez, who successfully hit the goal.
The referee awarded a penalty for Venezuela after substitute Jose Martinez blocked the inside of the penalty area from the center of the defense Juan Voit, for the same player successfully translated into the goal in the 76th minute, and restore the difference as it was.
