Korea Republic qualified for the 16th round of the Asian Cup after defeating Kyrgyzstan in the second group stage of the tournament with a 1-0 victory over Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium at Al Ain Club.

The South Koreans lifted their points to six points in second place in the third set with a goal difference from their Chinese side leading and qualified together, while the teams of Kyrgyzstan and the Philippines gave the tournament without any balance.
The only goal of the match was scored by Mangai Kim in the 41st minute after a corner from the right side played in the area around Kim with a header that shuddered Kyrgyzstan, ending the match 1-0.
